An old saying goes like this: »Tell me your name, and I shall tell you what you are called«. When geocaching I use the alias ArktiS which is short for Arktistadt which is an artful abstract paraphrase of my family name presented to me by a good colleague more than 10 years ago. In accordance with the motto »if it ain't broke - don't fix it!« I have found no good reason to change it.
My travelbug Jean-Bob the Frog had his highest wish come true on January 6, 2008, as he got an opportunity to meet the "real" Signal The Frog and the genuine Jeremy (co-founder of GroundSpeak) during the event Meet & Greet Groundspeak & Garmin in Vegas, NV, USA. Jeremy studied Jean-Bob and concluded that Jean-Bob just may be a distant cousin to Signal The Frog.
